After a tricky landing sequence, the folks at NASA succeeded in pulling off the most ambitious Mars mission yet. The Mars rover Curiosity safely landed on the Red Planet's surface early Monday morning for those on the East Coast.
Within minutes of touch down the six-wheeled roving laboratory already beamed back a few pictures.
